As a Store Manager / District Manager in Training, you'll lead a high-performing store in Brisbane CBD while partnering closely with the District Manager to support stores across Queensland. This role is designed to broaden your leadership experience beyond a single store, providing exposure to multi-store operations, talent development, business performance, and strategic decision-making. As part of your development journey, you'll gain the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to prepare for a future District Manager opportunity.

What You'll Do

Lead & Motivate: Coach your team to achieve top performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

Recruit & Develop: Hire, train, and develop associates, building a strong talent pipeline and a culture of growth.
n
Drive Results: Execute strategies that achieve sales targets, key performance indicators, and profitability goals.
n
Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions and exceptional service.
n
Set the Standard: Ensure outstanding visual merchandising, presentation, and customer experience standards throughout the store.
n
Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules that balance customer demand, team engagement, and business needs.

Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, compliance,



and store processes to ensure efficient operations.

Analyze & Act: Review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that drive continuous improvement.
n
Support Multi-Store Success: Partner with the District Manager to support store performance, operational consistency, and leadership capability across Queensland.
n
Collaborate Across the District: Work alongside Store Managers and leadership teams to share best practices, support key initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
n
Develop District Leadership Capability: Gain exposure to district-level responsibilities including talent planning, succession planning, business analysis, and strategic execution.

Prepare for Future District Management: Take part in a structured development pathway designed to build the skills, experience, and commercial acumen required for future District Manager opportunities.
