Brookvale Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd / BIM Remedial Building Specialist is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis at our Frenchs Forest office.

About Us

Brookvale Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd / BIM Remedial Building Specialist is an established Sydney remedial building contractor providing responsive, high-quality building remediation, repair and maintenance services to residential, multi-residential, strata and commercial properties across Sydney.
n
Our services include concrete and structural repairs, waterproofing, façade restoration, balcony repairs and upgrades, brickwork rectification, general building maintenance and repair, and industrial and commercial remedial works.
n
Due to the continued growth of our projects and operations, we require an experienced Carpenter to join our team full time.

What we need from you

Daily on-site management of projects
n
Work to schedules and budgets
n
Keen eye for detail
n




Excellent organisational skills
n
Must have proven quality carpentry skills and outstanding quality of work
n
Must have own transport and carpentry tools of the trade
n
n
In time, you will learn all aspects of delivering quality projects and develop high-level management skills. Due to company growth, you will have the opportunity to carve out your own career path
n
A salary of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation will be offered to the successful applicant, dependant on level of experience.
n
What you need to apply
n
n
Minimum 1 year's experience as a hands-on Carpenter within the remedial trade
n
Current NSW driver's licence
n
Well presented with the ability to communicate effectively (working in live sites)
n
Ability to work in a team environment and also independently
n
Competent in reading and interpreting detailed construction plans and documentation
n
A strong work history
n
Diverse experience in the construction industry
