As a CRM Functional Architect at Avanade, you will shape the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our clients across New Zealand and the wider region. You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Qualifications
You are a seasoned CRM skilled with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional configuration and architecture
You are comfortable leading client-facing workshops and translating ambiguous requirements into clear solutions
You have strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate effectively at all levels
You bring experience managing workstreams and guiding junior team members
You likely have 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting or functional architecture roles
You hold or are working towards relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230)
Technical skills & experience
Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules:



Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing
