Job Description
The Salvation Army in Leongatha, VIC is seeking an ICMI Case Manager to deliver intensive, person-centred support for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. This permanent full time role is based on-site with the Homelessness East team.

You will develop tailored case and safety plans, coordinate access to services, advocate for clients, and provide practical help to achieve stable housing outcomes. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.
