MacKenzie Quarters is seeking a passionate, qualified Chef to join our close-knit kitchen family in either a full-time or part-time basis. You'll work alongside hands-on, supportive owners and a dedicated crew of experienced Chefs who value generosity, sustainability, and respect. Work in a modern, fully equipped commercial kitchen housed within a beautifully restored historic landmark, operating across a 130-seat heritage hall, vibrant 60 seat restaurant, and expanding off-site catering offering.

Key responsibilities

Work with premium regional produce across dynamic event banquet menus and elevated restaurant offerings
n
Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
n
Collaborate with the kitchen team on creative culinary offerings
n
Contribute to a positive, cooperative kitchen culture

About you

Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or equivalent)
n
Pride in food quality, consistency, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
n
Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-first attitude
