What You'll Do n
n
Be the
first point of contact




for families reaching out to our service
n
Manage appointments for our amazing team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
n
Keep client records accurate and confidential
n
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
n
Build strong relationships with clients and families
n
Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
n
Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
n
General typing, data entry, and computer work
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Experience with
practice management software
(essential)
n
Knowledge of
NDIS admin requirements
or similar funding packages
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Confidence using
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
n
Excellent time management and attention to detail
n
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
n
Required checks: n
Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
