Based in Moorabbin, this role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is excited with the prospect of working with multiple clients. The successful candidate will bring Employee Relations knowledge as well as a varied HR background.

Responsibilities include:

Partner with businesses to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
n
Provide trusted advice across Employee Relations and complex people matters
n
Performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
n
Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
n
Build strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with clients
n
Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success
n

Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations
n
A flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a growing business
n
Highly skilled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
