-relevant qualifications are an advantage, but not necessary·Ability to operate tools, equipment and machinery (role dependent)·Accuracy, excellent attention to detail and pride in your work·Reliable, dedicated, with a can-do attitude and approach·Excellent communication, team player and problem-solving skills·Robust understanding of adherence to safety standards and procedures on-siteAbility to read and interpret technical plans, drawings, and project specifications
