About the Role
n
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about sales. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Sales Manager with a primarily focus on house and land packages and greenfield contracts.
n
Day to day duties will include:
n
n
Be pro-active in working new leads and the existing client database
n
Manage your sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
n
Conduct walk-throughs and home demonstrations for prospective buyers
n
Guide customers through design, tendering and council approval process
n
Build a profitable database of customers
n
Read and interpret site plans, technical drawings, contour plans and estimates
n
Presenting tenders and contracts
n
What You Need
n
n




Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role with either a new home builder, or prior real estate experience selling residential properties
n
Financially and target driven, and self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
n
Exceptional presentation
n

Highly competitive commission structure offered at 1.5% of the build contract price

The option to work a Monday to Friday schedule instead of the industry standard roster
