As a
Youth Support Worker
, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities:

In this agile and purpose‐driven role, you'll:

case management
with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment

Build
strong relationships
with participants, employers, and community stakeholders

Market clients effectively
to match them with suitable employment opportunities

To Be Considered, You'll Need:

Eligibility to work in Australia

A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential

Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check

Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
n
Availability to work full‐time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
