The Opportunity: n
This is a highly consultative, people-focused role where you'll work one-on-one with individuals navigating career change and transition.
n
Your recruitment background will be invaluable as you help clients:
n
n
Understand their skills, experience and career options
n
Identify transferable skills and alternative career pathways
n
Develop effective job search strategies
n
Prepare CVs, LinkedIn profiles and interview techniques
n
Understand current labour market conditions and recruitment trends
n
Build confidence and successfully transition into new employment
n
n
You'll work with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries – from senior professionals and executives to frontline and blue-collar workers.
n
Your recruitment experience will give you the commercial insight and labour market knowledge to provide practical, credible and personalised career advice.
What You'll Bring: n
We're particularly interested in professionals with:
n
n
10+ years broad recruitment experience
n
End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing through to placement
n
Experience recruiting acrossboth blue and white collar sectors
n
A solid mix ofpermanent and contract recruitment
n
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, labour markets and employment trends
n
Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate engagement skills
n
The ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A consultative, empathetic and solutions-focused approach
n
Confidence supporting people through career change and challenging circumstances
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
n
Experience working with government, emergency services, workers compensation, rehabilitation, justice, corrections, health or community sectors will be highly regarded.
