Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled
Licensed Electrician
to join our expanding team. This is an excellent prospect to work on a variety of
switchboard upgrade and installation projects
across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial sites.
n
Based primarily in the Sydney metropolitan area, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical installations, switchboard upgrades, testing, and commissioning works.
About the Role
n
n
As a site Electrician, you will be involved in a range of commercial and industrial electrical projects, with a strong focus on low-voltage switchboards and power distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
n
Implement and take responsibility of onsite works.
n
n
Carry out commercial and industrial electrical installation works.
n
n
Complete outage and cutover pre-works for low-voltage main switchboard and distribution board upgrades.
n
n
Install consumer mains and large sub-main cable systems.
n
n
Conduct and run outage cutovers involving both local and substation isolations.
n
n
Perform repairs, maintenance, and testing of low-voltage switchboards.
n
n
Inspect, test, and commission low-voltage switchgear.
n
n
Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
n
n
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
n
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
n
n
n
n
Current Electrical Trades Licence.
n
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
n
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n




Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Highly Regarded
n

While training will be provided, candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

n
Commercial and industrial electrical installations.
n
n
Main switchboard and distribution board upgrades.
n
n
Switchboard manufacturing and installation.
n
n
Low-voltage switchgear testing and commissioning.
n
n
Electrical maintenance and fault finding.
n
n
Outage planning and switchboard cutovers.
n
