About the Role

As an Onsite IT Contractor, you'll be the face of our MSP, delivering hands-on technical support at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

Regular onsite client visits

PC, printer, and physical device deployments
n
Handling onsite service desk requests
n

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills – you'll be working directly with clients
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and hardware
n
Must have business IT Support experience
n
A valid driver's license and a reliable car for travel to client sites
