The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Support Specialist to join our growing aftermarket team. Reporting to the National Aftermarket Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing operational time and product reliability by providing top-notch maintenance and technical support across our materials handling range, with a special focus on the Omega forklift truck.

The role is perfect for the career focused individual, with management level exposure, overseas factory networking opportunities and global customer base.

In this partly hands-on role, you will:

Provide Field Support
n
Assist customers, dealers, and branches with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
n
Conduct Inspections
n
Perform inspections of new models and equipment arriving in the country, ensuring they meet market standards.
n
Collaborate
n
Work closely with the sales team to troubleshoot warranty issues and ensure products are market ready.
n
Offer Expertise
n




Share your knowledge through proactive training in a collaborative team environment.

Hands-On Work
n
Occasionally carry out diagnosis, repairs, and commissioning in the field.
n

What We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a proven aftermarket specialist ready for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have:
n
Essential formal trade qualification is required for this position.
n
Experience
n
Prior experience in supporting, maintaining, or servicing Forklifts similar equipment.
n
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in forklift or materials handling equipment is preferred.
n
Technical Proficiency
n
Strong maintenance and repair skills.
n
Customer Focus
n
Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.
n
Versatility
n
Ability to advise, train, provide excellent customer service, and jump on the tools when needed.
