Praxis Civil are seeking a motivated and reliable Civil Construction Apprentice to join our rapidly growing team. This is an excellent chance for someone looking to start a long term career in civil construction while completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction, supported by Praxis Civil and delivered through Signature Learning.

You will gain hands on experience across a variety of civil construction projects while working alongside experienced operators and supervisors in a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will:
n
n
Have a strong interest in civil construction
n
Be willing to learn pipe laying, plant operation, and general civil works
n




Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
n
Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
Show a commitment to completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction
n
Have basic literacy and numeracy skills suitable for trade training
n
Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
n
n
Desirable (but not essential):
n
n
Previous labouring or construction experience
n
Exposure to sewer, water, or stormwater works
n
Interest in operating plant and machinery
n
Basic understanding of workplace health & safety
n
n
Mandatory requirements:
n
n
Current White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n
Current Driver's Licence (or working towards)
n
Strong commitment to safety and following OH&S; procedures
n
n

This role is suited to entry-level applicants or school leavers looking to start a career in civil construction. No prior civil construction experience is required—training will be provided.
