This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing a diverse residential property portfolio and working closely with our team to ensure properties are well managed, owners are kept informed and tenants receive professional service.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties from leasing through to ongoing management.
Handle all aspects of leasing, including property marketing, tenant applications, screening, lease negotiations and lease administration.
Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs and trades.
Communicate regularly with property owners and tenants and provide professional, responsive service.
Manage rent arrears, lease renewals, notices and other day-to-day property management matters.
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure issues are followed up promptly.
Maintain accurate property records, documentation and compliance requirements.
Prepare owner statements, reports and property performance updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders.
Work with the team to minimise vacancies and maximise rental returns.
About you
Experienced in residential property management or real estate operations.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident communicating with landlords,



tenants and tradespeople.
Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
A strong problem solver with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Able to work independently while also being a positive team member.
Familiar with NSW property management legislation and compliance requirements.
Comfortable using property management software.
Previous experience in residential property management or a similar real estate role.
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
