The Buncha Hotel is seeking a hands-on gelato and dessert producer to craft artisan gelato, sorbets, semifreddi and Italian desserts on site. You will balance recipes, weigh ingredients precisely, and operate qualified gelato and pastry equipment to sustain high-quality outputs.

We value a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with preference for those having experience in Italy or Australia, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict food safety standards.
