About the role
n
As a Dry Goods Leading Hand, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the Dry Goods area and leading the team to meet production and operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Leading and supporting the Dry Goods team to ensure daily operations run smoothly
n




Allocating tasks and providing guidance to team members
n
Ensuring stock is available, rotated correctly, and stored in the correct locations
n
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control activities
n
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
n
Following company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
n
Communicating effectively with Supervisors and other departments
n
Assisting with training, coaching, and supporting team members
n
n
About you
n
You're a proactive and hands‐on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. You'll bring:

n
Experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
n
Good computer skills and confidence using systems for stock/admin tasks
n
Solid communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work as part of a team and lead others
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
