The Role
Reporting to the General Manager at Dalgaranga Gold Mine, you'll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the site's commercial, administration, and supply functions.
You'll be leading the team to deliver commercial, supply and administration functions for the high grade gold operations.
Lead the operational budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting on site.
Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term financial plans with measurable outputs.
Lead the site's supply and warehouse operations, ensuring productive systems and inventory control.
Oversee and improve processes for the site's accommodation, travel, and village services.




Support contract negotiation and commercial terms in collaboration with Group Contracts.
About You
We're looking for a positive, experienced site leader who brings:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting (with CA or CPA membership).
Statutory Supervisor and SSE qualifications required for appointment to Alternate position.
Developed financial and commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
Well established leadership experience with a focus on team culture and capability development.
Experience preparing and reporting on budgets, forecasts and accounting controls.
Familiarity with Pronto ERP (advantageous).
A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
