VF Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking a Senior Training & HR Specialist to blend HR administration (25%) with training leadership (75%). You'll work with the HR Partner, AUNZ, the APAC Academy Team, and the Global HR group to drive retail excellence across The North Face, Icebreaker, Timberland, and VANS.
You will manage job requisitions, onboarding in Workday, deliver brand training, coach store teams, and ensure employment law compliance while partnering across office, retail, and HR teams.
