We are seeking an experienced
Workshop Foreman
to join our structural steel fabrication team. This is a hands‐on leadership role, overseeing day‐to‐day workshop operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead boilermakers, welders, and apprentices in the workshop
Coordinate fabrication schedules, workflow, and dispatch deadlines
Ensure all work is carried out to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
About You:
Trade qualified with solid fabrication experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a structural steel workshop
Solid understanding of fabrication processes, welding, and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
