n You will lead the cafe operation ensuring consistency, speed, quality, and a great vibe.
n
What we need from you
n




n
Most important: POSITIVITY.
n
ProvenHead Barista and/or Barista Supervisor experience
n
Strong specialty coffee skills latte art, dial-ins, grind adjustments, machine calibration
n
Ability to lead a team and run a smooth, productive bar during peak trade
n
Experience in ordering (coffee beans, packaging, fresh & alternative milks)
n
Passion for customer service making someone's day with a smile
n
Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
n
Monday to Friday availability (earliest start 5:45am / latest finish 3:45pm)
