Truck Artis a national company that prides itself on quality workmanship and exceptional after-sales service. We are a continually busy, long-serving business specialising inheavy vehicle smash repairs, spray painting, sand blasting and accessory fittingacross the trucking industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualifiedFibre Glasser / Panel Beaterto join our busy smash repair team.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident in their trade, takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys a varied role working on heavy vehicles.
n
About the Role
n
n
Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels
n
Straightening and aligning vehicle bodies and panels
n
Removing and refitting panels and vehicle components
n
Carry out collision repairs
n
Assessing damaged areas and determining any extra repair requirements
n
Work closely with our paint and workshop team
n
Working with a variety of heavy vehicles
n
Thinking outside the square to find practical repair solutions
n
Maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
n
Maintaining a clean and secure workshop environment
n
n
You will also have the opportunity to learn and assist with:
n
n




General truck and trailer workshop duties
n
Additional specialised skills within the business, with training provided
n
Training and mentoring an apprentices
n
n
The Successful Applicant Will Have
n
n
Experience working with heavy vehicles, truck cabs and sleepers preferred, but not essential
n
Ability to work within quoted hours
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Hardworking and reliable attitude
n
Positive, friendly and can-do attitude
n
Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and training an apprentice
n
Ability to think creatively and solve problems
n
