Guildford Leagues Club is looking for motivated staff dedicated to providing an exceptional level of customer service and enhancing our customer's experience to join our friendly team. We have positions in our Beverage & Gaming departments.

Key responsibilities

Preparation and serving of beverages
n
Cash Handling and Till Reconciliation
n
Processing TAB and Keno transactions
n
Provide drink tray service to patrons
n
Process Poker Machine payouts
n
General cleaning of Club areas
n
n
About you
n
n
RSA and RCG Competency card is essential
n
Flexible availability and be available to work shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays including the Christmas and New Year period
n




Passionate team player who can demonstrate a solid work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times
n
Excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with patrons and fellow staff
n
Professional presentation and positive attitude
n
Advanced RCG certificate would be advantageous
n
Previous experience will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to suitable applicants
n
The Club operates Monday - Sunday from 10am - 4am
