Nanny Position - East Brisbane – 18-Month-Old n
Start date: November ****
n Days: 3–4 days per week (days not set, can be adaptable)
n Location: East Brisbane
n Duration: Long term (min 12 months)

We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced nanny to look after our beautiful 18-month-old son for 3–4 days per week from November ****.
n
We're looking for someone who is mature and genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, nurturing and fun environment for our little boy without the use of screens.
About our family n
We are a friendly, professional family based in East Brisbane, with our 18-month-old son and our 4.5 year old Groodle. Our dog is very much part of the family, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable having a friendly dog around the home.
The role: n
n
Caring for our son throughout the day
n
Preparing simple meals and snacks for him
n
Assisting with meal preparation for the family where time allows
n
Taking him out for walks, playgrounds, library activities and other age-appropriate outings
n




Playing, reading and engaging in age-appropriate activities
n
Following his usual nap and daily routine
n
Light tidying and cleaning related to our son's care
n
Keeping us updated throughout the day
n
We're looking for someone who: n
n
Has previous experience caring for toddlers/young children
n
Is warm, patient, energetic and genuinely enjoys childcare
n
Is reliable, responsible and safety-conscious
n
Has a current Police Check
n
Has a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card in Queensland) or is willing to obtain one
n
Can provide references from previous childcare/nannying families
n
Ideally has First Aid and CPR certification for children
n
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
n
n
We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our chaotic family and build a lovely relationship with our son.
