Junction Support Services is seeking an experienced Residential Care Youth Worker for our Morgan Road Residential Home in Wangaratta. This permanent sleepover role supports young people with complex trauma histories, delivering trauma-informed care across evening, night and morning routines.

You will work as part of a dedicated therapeutic team, with robust penalties and allowances, ensuring safety, stability and positive relationships while promoting ongoing career development.
