Job Description

Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
n
Managing electronic banking and payment platforms
n
Maintaining supplier accounts and completing reconciliations
n
Responding to supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
Processing receipts and maintaining debtor records
n
Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Assisting with month-end reporting processes
n
Maintaining financial records and supporting documentation
n




Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
n
Assisting with continuous improvement of financial and administrative systems
n
Providing broader administrative support as required
n

The Successful Applicant
n
n
Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience
n
Experience using accounting systems and electronic banking platforms
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
A proactive and self-motivated approach
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
