Due to business growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our team in our contemporary, Castlemaine workshop.
n
From planned servicing to breakdowns and major component rebuilds, our workshop team relish in variety of meaningful work, to keep each day exciting.
n
This includes:
n
n
Assisting with planned maintenance programs and repairs to ensure our fleet is safe and reliable
n
Diagnosing issues and test driving of vehicles
n
Enter, inspect and rectify any defects
n
Render assistance with on road breakdowns
n
n
What are we looking for?
n
n




Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent Trade Qualification)
n
Heavy Vehicle Experience in providing repairs to a heavy commercial fleet
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
n
Safety focused
n
Attention to detail
n
Experience working with VMS programs and diagnostic systems would be desirable
n
Willingness to work a variety of rostered weekday shifts and after hours on-call to a rotating roster
n
