What will you be doing?
Assessing moderate-severity home and property claims
Reviewing damage and developing accurate scopes of work
Assessing repair requirements and validating proposed methodologies
Preparing clear, detailed reports and claim documentation
Communicating with customers, builders, restorers and other stakeholders
Supporting larger claim volumes during major events and uplift periods
What do you need?
Building, construction or property-related background
Experience in estimating, project management or a similar white-collar construction role
Previous insurance or claims experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of building practices, repairs and scopes of work
Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers
Strong written skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports
