Job Description
Barwon Health in Geelong is offering a Transition to Practice Program for Enrolled Nurses in Aged Care. Over six months, you will develop clinical skills under supervision, with dedicated education days and supernumerary time to support your progression toward independent practice.

You'll work across Alan David Lodge, Wallace Lodge, and Blakiston Lodge on a 7-day rotating roster, with a pathway to ongoing part-time or full time employment after completion.
