Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Parramatta is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager with day-to-day leadership, operations and performance.

You will mentor educators, ensure regulatory compliance, build strong relationships with families and contribute to a protected, inclusive child-centred culture while stepping into Centre Manager responsibilities when delegated. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm.
