The role involves travelling to aged care homes to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC tool, with autonomy and peer support from a RAC Funding Senior Assessor.
You will bring 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience in aged care, current AHPRA registration, and robust interviewing and documentation skills.
