Job Description

We are seeking experienced Precast Panel Caulkers, Grouters & Patchers to join our team at LA Caulking in Melbourne, VIC ****. This is a full time role and there are multiple positions available.
What you'll be doing n
n
Caulking and sealing precast concrete panels to ensure a watertight and weather-resistant seal
n
Grouting joints between precast panels to create a secure and seamless connection
n
Patching and repairing any damage or defects in precast panels
n
Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work and meet project timelines
n
Maintaining a safe and organised work setting
n
What we're looking for n
n
Relevant experience
as a precast caulker, grouter or patcher, preferably in the construction industry
n
Strong
technical skills
in the use of caulking guns, grout pumps, and other relevant tools and equipment
n
Excellent
attention to detail
and commitment to quality work
n
Good
problem-solving and critical thinking skills
to address any issues that arise on the job
n
Commitment to
workplace health and safety




practices
n
White Card, EWP, own tools and own transport required.
