As the Marketing Campaign Manager at Untitled Group, you're a strategic and creative marketer who thrives on bringing campaigns to life and creating unforgettable experiences.
You have a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and enjoy turning ideas into impactful executions that drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with creative, social, events and operational teams to deliver campaigns that connect with audiences and support Untitled's business goals.
With strong project management skills, attention to detail and a data-driven mindset, you'll play a key role in delivering campaigns that elevate our festivals, events and brand presence.
This is a 6-month contract role.
About you
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
Experience developing and delivering campaigns across digital channels, social media, email marketing, advertising and other marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and using insights to drive optimisation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, marketing and operational teams.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills,



with a keen eye for brand messaging and audience engagement.
High attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to manage campaign documentation and administration.
A creative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience within events, entertainment or music industries is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME
Developing and executing integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences and brand goals.
Planning,



coordinating and managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, from concept development through to post-campaign analysis.
Collaborating with content creators, designers, social media and wider marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets including copy, visuals, videos and promotional materials.
Managing campaign timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful execution across all touchpoints.
Overseeing advertising, digital assets, printed materials and online campaign activity while maintaining brand consistency.
Managing campaign budgets, monitoring spend and maximising return on investment.
Tracking campaign performance, analysing key metrics and identifying opportunities to optimise future campaigns.
Preparing reports and presentations that highlight campaign outcomes, insights and recommendations for improvement.
Supporting digital advertising initiatives in partnership with the Social Media Manager to enhance audience engagement and campaign impact.
Researching audience behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
