Our client is a Sydney-based print and manufacturing business specialising in retail and supermarket signage.
They design, produce and deliver in-store and point-of-sale signage for some of Australia's best-known retailers and brands.
We're looking for a hands‐on Factory Supervisor to run our client's signage production floor day to day keeping jobs moving on time, safely, and to a high standard, while leading and getting the best from the team.
What you'll do
Plan and schedule daily production across print, finishing and dispatch
Lead and supervise the factory team (permanent and casual), allocating labour to hit deadlines
Keep jobs flowing to time and quality; spot and clear bottlenecks on the floor
Own workplace health & safety and housekeeping standards




Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate with the Print and Prepress teams
Support training and cross-skilling of floor staff
What we're looking for
Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal)
Solid planning and organisation - comfortable juggling competing deadlines
A hands‐on leader who can motivate a team and hold standards
Sound WHS knowledge and a safety‐first mindset
A practical problem‐solver who stays calm under pressure
A continuous‐improvement mindset a plus
