Sharp & Carter seeks an experienced HRIS & Payroll Specialist for a 3-6 month contract in Sydney CBD. You will test and validate HR and payroll processes during an Oracle migration, applying solid Australian payroll knowledge and HR operations expertise.
In this hands-on role, you will cover onboarding through termination, ensure payroll outputs meet legislative obligations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful go-lives.
