Assistant Manager – Oliveti

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead the front‐of‐house team at Oliveti, one of our flagship venues.
n
It's a hands‐on role, working closely with our Venue Manager on service standards, team development and daily operations. It'll suit someone who loves restaurants, knows their wine and enjoys building a strong team.

The Role

Leading service on the floor and holding the standard
n
Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations, openings and closings
n




Training and mentoring the front‐of‐house team
n
Stock control and ordering
n
Handling guest feedback professionally
n
Driving wine service and product knowledge across the team
n
n
About You
n
n
2+ years in a management role
n
Solid restaurant service background and solid wine knowledge
n
Calm under pressure, with a hands‐on, team‐first approach
n
Current RSA and RP certificates
n
Available evenings and weekends
n
n
