Job Description
Life Without Barriers in Hobart is seeking a Child & Family Practitioner for the MAPSS program. The role focuses on engaging and supporting young people referred to MAPSS, developing and implementing tailored Care Plans to improve safety, health and wellbeing.

You will work with families and care teams, use the Outcomes Star tool, and contribute to progress across ecological domains. The position offers flexible schedule and a max-term contract, with a vehicle available for official use.
