The role establishes governance, standards and frameworks for People content across existing and future digital channels.
It leads the ongoing optimisation of knowledge and content within these channels, supporting effective self-service, consistent service delivery and future AI-enabled support.
It works collaboratively across the People Division to continuously improve the employee experience and build self-service capability.

Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience developing communications across channels and audiences, simplifying complex information into clear, practical guidance (mandatory).
Experience applying human-centred or service design principles and working with digital knowledge management platforms (desirable).
