Used Vehicle Sales Consultant
to join the team at their
Ashmore
dealership.
About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to build trust with customers translates directly into results you can be proud of.
Your day-to-day will include:
Guiding customers through the used vehicle buying journey from first enquiry to handover, giving you ownership of the full sales experience
Developing and maintaining a portfolio of returning customers, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Presenting and demonstrating vehicles in a way that matches each customers specific needs and lifestyle
Working closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure smooth, accurate deal processing
Keeping across current stock and market trends so you can offer informed, confident advice
About You:
You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results through honest, consultative selling.
More about you:
Experience in a sales role is valued, whether that comes from automotive or another customer-facing industry
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting vehicle demonstrations
Strong communication skills let you listen well and tailor your approach to each individual customer
You are organised and reliable,



managing follow-ups and enquiries without letting anything slip through the cracks
Comfortable working towards targets, you see them as a motivator rather than a burden
