What role will you play?
You will act as an engagement specialist, employee experience curator and professional storyteller to deliver a wide range of employee engagement, experience and communications initiatives across the Corporate Operations Group and Macquarie globally.
You'll partner closely with the senior managers in the team, as well as product and service owners, to deliver communications programs and employee experience advisory support.
You'll be hands-on in the delivery of engagement initiatives and events, and have an understanding of what great employee experience and effective communications looks like, with the confidence to provide sound advice in these areas.
What you offer
Demonstrated experience supporting culture, engagement and communications programs, including producing impactful content (written and visual)
A natural flair for creative ideas and execution, including experience in leveraging technology (including internal social platforms) to create fresh and innovative content for our people.




An ability to leverage data, AI and technology to enhance innovation, output and efficiency in the communications, engagement and employee experience space
Experience shaping impactful employee experiences, particularly in the areas of technology and tools; workplace experience; and/or people and culture programs, will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking, with a passion for words and creating communications which connect people to strategy and culture, and drive behavioural change
You'll have a passion for learning, and be a self-starter, very well organised, with flexibility to adjust to fast-paced priorities.
