The Group in Sydney, Australia, seeks a highly experienced tax leader reporting to the CFO to own all direct and indirect taxes and oversee the trust distribution review process. You will advise the Board on tax policy changes, manage tax due diligence for M&A;, and work with external tax advisors to proactively mitigate tax risk.
