The Role n
Reporting to the Finance Manager, with a dotted line into the Head of Finance, this broad FP&A; Analyst role will provide support across finance and the wider business. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, delivering meaningful reporting and analysis to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities n
n
Weekly and monthly project reporting and analysis
n
Partnering with Project Managers on project performance and cost reporting
n
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
n
Project and overhead cost analysis
n
Preparing reports and insights for ELT and SLT stakeholders
n




Supporting compliance, audit and technology initiatives
n
Assisting with process improvements and reporting enhancements
n
Working across ERP systems, with future exposure to Power BI
n
About You n
We're looking for a hands-on and proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
n
n
Infrastructure, construction or project-based experience preferred
n
Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills
n
Comfortable working in a manual finance environment
n
Fast learner who isn't afraid to ask questions
n
COINS experience highly regarded
n
Full working rights, with PR/Citizenship preferred
