Job Description
We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a busy project workplace and provide essential coordination and delivery support across a range of initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, working with multiple stakeholders and making sure the detail is taken care of.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects
n
Maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, RAID logs and key documentation
n
Coordinating meetings, workshops and project communications
n
Tracking milestones, deliverables, actions and dependencies
n
Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep activities on track
n
Preparing project updates, reports and presentations
n
Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required
n
Supporting project governance and ensuring project documentation is kept up to date
n
Helping coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
n

Requirements
n
n




Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, PMO or similar role
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Comfortable working with project plans, reporting and project documentation
n
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and project management platforms
n
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
n
