The Opportunity
Join our high-performing South Australian sales team as a Sales Specialist - Aged Care, where you'll drive growth, build strategic partnerships and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.
You'll take ownership of a key territory working closely with aged care providers to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and deliver long-term value.
What you'll do
Grow and manage a high-value aged care territory across Adelaide metropolitan and regional age car providers, as well as all South Australia Country Health facilities.
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and decision-makers
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Drive revenue through strategic account planning
Provide market insights to support business growth and innovation
What you'll bring
Experience in medical, healthcare or aged care sales (3+ years preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly driven, resilient and commercially focused
Strong planning, organisation and CRM capability
Passion for improving outcomes in healthcare
