Job Description
Aged & Community Services Australia in Victoria is seeking a dedicated care aide to support residents with daily living activities, mobility and personal care. You will help with hygiene, meals, and independence while collaborating closely with nursing staff.

Role involves measuring vitals, assisting with medications under supervision, wound care, records maintenance, infection control and resident safety. Requires Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent and 1+ year experience.
