Roadhaven Cafe Located within the bp Marmor Truckstop is seeking team members with short order cooking or kitchen hand experience for our Service Station & Diner Cafe, located at Marmor on the Bruce Highway, 25 minutes south of Rockhampton.

This role would suit a candidate with experience in the fast food, club, pub or cafe industry.
n
The site is experiencing fantastic growth with a new "Fresh Is Best" food range which is seeing great improvements with providing a better experience and food offer to our customers.
n
We are currently looking at filling casual roles across mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekend shifts.
n
Potential full-time position available to suitable candidates.
n
There is NO Public Transport to this location!
n
Candidates must have reliable transport.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
n
Hands on customer service when required (training provided)
n
Basic Food preparation
n
Short order cooking from a basic pub style menu
n
Preparing fresh food for & maintaining hot and cold display presentation
n
Portion control to company standards
n




Following company set procedures including recipe cards & display planograms
n
Compliance with all OHS & Council Food Law requirements
n
