Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent Part time basis at our Aged Care Facility Storm Village in Taree. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
n
Consistent delivery of person-centred care to residents in our facilities
n
Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
n
Abide by Aged Care Standards
n
Work as an effective team member
n

About you?
n
n
Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
n
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
n
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
n
Effective written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to accurately document resident's care/progress
n
