We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Territory Manager to join our growing ANZ team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a clinical environment and is passionate about building strong customer partnerships within the orthopaedic and trauma market.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager – Victoria and working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory while identifying new business opportunities across your territory. Specifically, this will include:
n
achieving and exceeding sales revenue and market share targets within your territory.
n
building strong relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Trauma Surgeons, Operating Theatre staff, Procurement teams, and Hospital Administrators.
n
providing technical and clinical support during surgical procedures and product evaluations.
n
delivering product training and education programs.
n
remaining up to date with industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity
n
About You:
n
You are a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment with:
n
proven sales experience within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics,



Trauma, Spine, Sports Medicine, or Surgical Devices.
n
strong understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.
n
demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n
excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
n
a degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related field
n
