140 children
across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, our service is a vibrant and engaging environment where no two days are ever the same.

About the Role As an OSHC Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help deliver meaningful experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, and belonging.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the daily care and supervision of children in a large and dynamic OSHC setting
Deliver engaging play-based experiences that reflect children's interests
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve positive outcomes for children
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the service and program delivery
What We're Looking For
Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting,
not essential but highly regarded.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, reliable,



and proactive approach
Ability to create engaging experiences that are fun, inclusive, and child-focused
Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
